Neil assisted us recently with a query relating to the possible transfer of part of a property. Neil's diligence, professionalism and integrity were apparent and very much appreciated by me. He had taken the time to look into the matter, finding the solution ahead of our meeting so that we could discuss during it. He helped to lift a great weight regarding this matter as he presented the answer that no-one else had to that point. His approach was the complete opposite of a Company that was willing to charge a significant amount of money to put in place something that would not have stood up in law. His fees are very reasonable and the service excellent. I would not hesitate in using Neil again personally in the future or to recommend him to anyone that I know in need of the services that his firm offers.
