Terrible service, I was dealt with fantastically at first by a lady called Christina in July 23, paid a fee to get my father’s will in probate. Then in December Christina left Kwil and since then I have received no communication despite being told my issue would be resolved by Jan/Feb 24.
I have called almost everyday about 10 times a day at a various times of the day but it always goes to message & i have sent various emails. And after speaking to Citizens Advice I sent a registered letter, which was signed for, giving them 14 days to reply. And guess what? No reply.
Now I’m advised to write another letter to say I’m taking legal action. My next step is to go to their office. Do not go anywhere near them. Must be a scam

Absolutely the worse thing I ever did in using kwil. No one answers the phone, very rarely phones you back. Hardly no replies to emails or messages. This company need to be reported. They had all the necessary paperwork then after months of waiting for an answer all I got was all the paperwork returned to me with no explanation. This company has no compassion considering its the nature of their business. Stay clear of Kwil

My brother passed away from Covid June 2021 and I'm still trying to get a simple Grant of Probate Kwil so I can release some insurance money for his 12 yo son. They keep passing me from pillar to post and now no-one answers or returns my calls or emails. This is so distressing given what we've been through - steer clear, I do not recommend!

Writing a Will was something I had been thinking about since I had my daughter 3 years ago. I had always been put off by the thought of going to a solicitor and spending a fortune but then someone recommended Kwil, I went to the website, asked a few questions on their LiveChat service and within 30 minutes had printed off my will. Great product, great service... they even have a digital filing system for me to keep important information to make my executors life easier when the time comes. It’s a real weight off my mind, I urge anyone thinking about it to just do it.

My father passed away 3 years ago, and i am still trying to get the will sorted, Kwil promised me it would be done by end of January 2024, its end of May and nobody has had the decency to return my emails or answer my calls, they have and are still causing me a great deal of emotional trauma

Probate service review.

Paid the best part of 3 grand to be passed from pillar to post;
The person dealing with my probate left before Christmas, giving me a day's notice, by email, that they were off - and then only after I chased for some details I was waiting on.
The person dealing with it afterwards was professional, but slow to respond to emails.
When the 'Service' was done, I still had to send the forms and documents off myself. I'd paid roughly 1000 pounds per form to be filled out.
They STILL have my grandfather's documents, meaning I cannot actually send off for probate. So far I've called twice and emailed several times to get my documents with no response.
Overpriced, unprofessional and frankly a huge con.

VERY poor service and they were not able to offer a secure payment link, when I suggested PayPal, I don't think they had heard of them. When they couldn't offer this basic level of service, they were rude enough to say that this was my problem! If they treat their customers like this, just think how they'll treat your family after you have passed - DON'T TOUCH THEM!

So quick and simple to purchase and complete the will. The lockbox is a fantastic add-on. After purchase I received a call from one of the team (Allana) who made sure I understood everything and was very helpful and friendly when answering my questions. Would definitely recommend Kwil.
