Do your research and use Kurl Legal Services.

After a very very bad experience with an unprofessional solicitor we had a refusal from the home office.

We were given 14 days to reapply or appeal. We were very anxious and scared we were going to be torn apart when my husband would be deported. I a British citizen had been through cancer recently at age 30, had a complex issue and Jo and her team put us at ease from the moment we made contact. After being told by our old solicitor we had no chance, meeting with Jo gave us the comfort and confidence to push through and reapply. During the application process Jo & her team stayed in contact with us. Email updates and always very caringly asked us how we were. Her team were empathetic to our very emotional situation. My husband was very scared about being deported after our bad experiences with the home office but Kurl turned that around, Jo gave him complete peace of mind and while waiting for our answer we went from complete fear to "Kurl will sort this for us".
Yesterday we got the call to say we got our visa, first time application via kurl legal.
