Was buying my first home and when looking for a solicitor Kuits were the only ones decent enough to call me back.
I don't regret using them as the service from beginning to end was excellent. Shout out to Melanie and the team.
Also when my father passed Elaine was a great help.

THESE DO NOT RETURN CALLS AND ARE PAINFULLY SLOW!
I am in the unfortunate position of being involved in a property transactions whereby my buyers are using this firm. My solicitors have been waiting for a return call from this company since 7 days ago. My solicitor, estate agents and in fact the buyers ALL rang this firm numerous times yesterday as we were aiming for exchange today however they have returned nobody's calls not even their own client! They tried to say a delay was due to only having received the contract 2 weeks ago when in fact the contract was issued 4 weeks ago however the solicitor originally dealing with the case had left and hadn't forwarded the details and we weren't notified of this until my own solicitor chased it and ended up having to resend the contract. We're in a position whereby we have absolutely no idea what is going on and are at risk of losing our rental property. I honestly cannot believe they will not even return my solicitors calls nevermind their own clients.

I found Kuits a very professional & extremely efficient firm of solicitors. Stephen Lopeman dealt with all aspects of my complicated property transaction in an extremely fast & thorough manner, constantly chasing & pushing the other side to complete the transaction as quickly as it possibly could. The quality of the service was excellent & I highly recommend them. Their service is great value for money.

First class service received from Melanie French and Stephen Sowah both when I bought and sold my property. They helped me reach the stamp duty deadline which most said was impossible. They responded to emails very quickly and provided excellent, friendly service from start to finish - would highly recommend

If you ever find yourself needing legal services to handle a dispute then take my advice and engage Kuits Solicitors. As a firm they are top notch. A special mention is needed for Kathryn Parrish and Claire Treacy, both of whom are exceptional Solicitors. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable in their specialist areas, they really do care. They care enough to explain the complexities of a case in terms a layperson will understand but also give advice which is always in the best interest of their client.
Any legal dispute can be incredibly stressful for many reasons and they understand that. The best legal advice can be expensive but what you get with Kuits, and these two ladies in particular, I can only describe as value for money.
