If you value your family, do not use this solicitor. The advice provided was poor with little or no direction or strategy, no summary of the hearings except the last one, which was too late. The choice of barrister reflected the companies capabilities who were also poor, bailing the day before the court hearing. After the case, further advice and clarification was sought, and we recently found out that this advice continued to be flawed, as advised by an alternate solicitor.

I was given awful advice by KT Family Solicitors after paying them thousands to represent me in agreeing a Child Arrangement Order.

My only option now is to spend thousands more in trying to get a court to agree to an amendment, which by KT’s own advice is highly unlikely to be successful!

My advice (free) is to look elsewhere for practical advice before agreeing to anything in writing!

Thanks to KT family solicitors, we have just wasted crucial time waiting for a meeting never could even happen. After making initial contact 10 DAYS AGO,they done a conflict of interest check which came back ok. We then find out today (On the day of our meeting) there actually is a conflict of interest, as result we will not have time to discuss the case with a solicitor before the hearing.
Absolutely unprofessional. Would give a minus 10 star review if i could!
