I got here for witness signing, I had an extremely disappointing experience with this solicitor. It became clear very quickly that they had little to no understanding of the matter at hand. Their lack of knowledge and expertise not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary frustration and cost. I expected professional advice and guidance, but instead, I felt completely let down. "I recently reached out to this solicitor for clarification on a legal matter concerning my cousin's case. However, I was met with rudeness and disrespect during our conversation. After asking just two questions, the solicitor abruptly hung up the phone without providing any assistance or explanation. One tends to look for a lawyer when you need advise as a last resort. That was the situation we found ourselves in this week. KSP Solicitors came out of nowhere so we made our initial contact via email and then received a phone call from principle solicitor Mr Kit Pung which progressed to a meeting the following day. Sometimes in life and business you meet an individual that professionally leaves you breathless in terms of the manner they approach problems and offer realistic solutions and that is Mr Kit Pung. We have found a legal representative that will not only be assisting us with our existing matters but will also be used for ALL our legal requirements personal and business moving forward and into the future.
