Incredible experience with Kyle from KPLS. Kyle was extremely helpful in assisting with an issue we received as a business. He was very informative, helpful and polite. I honestly cant reccomend this company enough for legal advice. Kyle especially was amazing with me. Firstly you get approx 30 mins (I think 30?) initional free legal advice which alot of solicitors used to offer alot but I've noticed ironically solicitor free advice has declined over the years esp my area. Point I'm leading to is Kyle was very understanding of my disabilities and the position I was in. So all I can I say is that when we first spoke and I was getting my free advice it went well and beyond that timeframe. In total (as seeked more than the free advice) ive paid Kyle £100 (the value of his hourly charge) but in return not only have I had alot more more than an hours worth of advice and work put in, but he also sent a couple of emails with some legal updates also and never asked me for any money. Hes here to help you trust me and not just take your money. Not only are they alot cheaper than a solicitor but I believe he's saved me money if I had of gone the court route. He gave me alot of advice and gave me a clear picture of where I stand. This advice led to my decision also on whether or not to take somebody to court. Unlike solicitors, who when they think you have a case (and therefore advise you take it all the way leading to them earning loads of money off you) what Kyle does (because whilst he's a legal expert he's not a solicitor by trade) is he looks at the situation from both sides of the story and gives you straight facts/advice. He doesn't mislead you, he paints you the whole picture of where you stand and advices you accordingly. Again unlike solicitors, if he thinks its a gamble taking legal action against somebody (in the end) or if even should you do go to court and win he will explain truthfully whether or not its financially viable or where you stand legally. For example in my case whilst there were many factors where I had a good case to take action in his opinion, he explained how he believes (that due to a a good few pointers he bought up) that it's possible that even if I do win and claim for damages for the case, that (due to implications around the matter) not only might I not be awarded "as much" as I'm actually entitled to, but after taking damages/compensation into consideration on the day, its possible i could actually be financially worth off. No matter how much the truth hurts sometimes Kyle will keep you in the right path and give you 100% impartial advice. Hes also a devent man from what ive learnt from him and if your looking for advice and in a sticky sutuation i highly advise you give this company a call. 10/10
