We cannot recommend Knox highly enough. They treated us and our Stephen with the utmost respect. They made us feel like we were the only family that they were supporting. We would not have got through this whole experience without them. The funeral was in fact perfect. Our Stephen would have loved it ❤️

I would like to sincerely thank Kirsty, Rachel and Andrea from the bottom of my heart, for all their help and guidance from my first meeting with them. Having to arrange my wife's funeral was the hardest thing that I have ever had to do. Kirsty was amazing, her empathy was outstanding and I just want to say, she is definitely in the right job. I was very impressed with all the staff, their attention to detail was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, if I had a query, then they guided me in the right direction. The dignity showed to my wife and the whole family could not have been better.

I cannot recommend Knox & Son enough. They are so kind and sympathetic, helping you every step of the way during a time where your emotions are everywhere and with a broken heart you are trying to arrange the final farewell for your loved one.
It is one of the hardest things you will ever have to do but they put you at ease from the moment you walk in and are by your side from that moment on.
You are dedicated a member of staff who remains your contact for everything and I truly believe they treat every family as they would their own. They are so genuinely thoughtful and when you entrust your loved one into their care you just know that they will be treated with dignity and respect.
Kirsty was our dedicated lady, she is such a beautiful soul, welcoming and considerate and totally professional, as to be fair are the rest of the team there.
At a time when you are so overwhelmed with sadness and it’s hard to think straight Knox ensure every detail is perfect. I couldn’t thank them enough.

We recently lost my mum suddenly and Knox and their whole team couldn't have done anymore to help us get through this difficult time. I wanted to thank Rachel, Audrey and Neil in particular, and we would thoroughly recommend this company. They are compassionate, professional, friendly and their facilities are second to none. We appreciate everything you have done, an amazing company and team. Rachel is an incredible communicator and absolute brilliant in her role, she certainly went above and beyond for us. I losed my younger sister unexpectedly and was lost and devastated, me and my sisters partner had not only rkids funeral to arrange but the care of my mother to organise too, which my sister always did. I rang a few funeral directors but all I felt was they where telling me the price, so we decided to go to a funeral directors but on the way we realised we passed another, so we pulled In to Knox & son and walked into the receptionist where we were greeted by the most caring lady, I remember just saying " we need some help" i explained what had happened and the care we received in them few minutes put us at ease knowing that we would be looked after and that nothing was to much to ask. The Ladies at Knox explained everything to us and made us feel like family. All the way through out we were treated as family and being told " i work for your sister not you" in the most sincere way put our mind at rest knowing that my sister was being looked after like family, with care and respect. Well i feel like I've rambled on enough now, I just want to say thankyou so much to Kirsty and Andrea and the whole Knox family for everything you did for us, you are the best and made my sister so special. Thankyou you are forever in our hearts.

Brilliant company and treated my nana with the upmost respect, they knocked on the door before entering the room to see nana.
I would highly recommend knox's. I have never seen a better funeral directors then knox's. If you want your loved ones looked after with dignity and respect knox's is the place to go.
