Reviewing on behalf of my mother in law who used these.
She used these guys for her sale and purchase of a new house. (she was with Talbots before but due to the ongoing delays with them she lost her buyer and the chain subsequently collapsed and she decided to go elsewhere)
From the speedy quote to use their services (received by email within an hour of speaking to someone on the phone - I think it might have been Grace) to receiving the paperwork the following afternoon in the post, and Hannah even talking her through some of the questions over the phone rather than having to make an appointment to come. To the successful completion of both transactions, the customer service has been of the highest possible standard. All the staff she interacted with were polite, friendly and professional. Any queries she had were dealt with quickly and to her complete satisfaction, nothing was too much trouble.
Hannah was excellent from start to finish. She can not recommend using these guys enough. Would certainly use in the future if she ever decides to move again. (and she's a hard person to please - trust me I know!)
