I chose Knight Frank because I felt most comfortable talking to Ed, and he gave a straight forward explanation of the procedure. Lottie was a delight to deal with, always cheerful and helpful, welcoming on the phone and in branch, organising the house magnificently for photography when I was too ill to attend. Our house sold quickly once on line, and Ed dealt deftly and efficiently with advice steering us through the pros and cons of accepting first offers, offers at the asking price, improved offers and gazumping offers, all of which happened in a very short space of time and involved phone calls at crack of dawn and in the evening. All done and dusted with our ideal buyers now living in our beloved family home. Than you Knight Frank.
