Throughout the sale and buying process Louise from Knaggs was amazing!! . Louise was always organised, thorough and was always available for queries. This became very important to us when the conveyancing process became frustrating and stressful at times due to mistakes or omissions by another firm of solicitors in the chain, who then delayed exchange of contracts until the day of moving. Therefore it resulted in us exchanging and completing on moving day. ! It was obvious to us that Louise went the extra mile for us, and we believe we only moved that day due Louise's dedication and hard work.

Do not sell your house with Knaggs!

What should have been a smooth & quick process was far from this.
Kieran, the solicitor allocated to the sale lacked the most basic skills needed to deal with clients.
I had to constantly chase for everything! They never communicate with you or each other (if your solicitor is on annual leave for example)
Anything he said he would do would only be done after numerous calls (from me, the estate agent even our buyers solicitors!) He was constantly out of the office and would call back but again days would go by and I would have to contact him for information. Basic chasing of paperwork would take weeks when it could have been accessed online.
At one point we were waiting for urgent paperwork which we were told had been received. Months later after no movement on the sale I had to call up to be told they hadn’t been able to move forward as the documents were damaged but no one had thought to get new ones until the phone call! This meant the sale had been delayed for months for no reason!
Selling with Knaggs has caused me and my family so much added stress that was not needed! Do not make your life harder or more stressful than needed!

The house sold in October but I only received a final document in January. They claim the document was sent at the end of the summer!
