Kls dealt with our claim straight after our car crash . Medical appointments were arranged which benefited us after the accident.
My husband and I dealt with Catherine and Andrew who were both very professional in the job that they do.

Very happy with the outcome, kept informed about any changes although the case was a long drawn out affair, sure it could have been settled much sooner!! Easy firm to deal with and could always get in touch if needed.
Most of the work done by email...but I suppose it's quicker.

I would have liked to write a good review because the service was very good, they kept me informed and the whole process was straightforward but when my award came they took 36% of it, it’s not 25% as most are or used to be, just greedy and it’s disappointing, definitely would not recommend if you don’t want to lose nearly half you’re award to them.

I was involved in a car accident as a passenger at the end of last year and KLS were the company I was directed to use. I feel as though as I have received no support whatsoever throughout the process and honestly feel no closer to it being over with. I’ve been left both physically and mentally hurt from the accident and their only suggestion to me was to claim against my partner when we were literally crashed into! It’s just disheartening when we have been left hurt from this and out of pocket due to car being wrote off and time off work etc and the person who was at fault can walk away from the ordeal absolutely fine when they were in the wrong! I was provided with physio sessions which were really helping with my injuries however they cancelled them on me after a couple of sessions and said that I wouldn’t be able to have anymore. It’s been over 7 months and I haven’t even been provided with a medical from them. I feel as though there has been no compassion or willingness to help me.
