Lauren guided me through a purchase of a flat sold through the auction method, of a leasehold with shared freehold where a previous sale of one of the leases had yet to complete through land registry introducing delays to the time frame of auction sale/purchase. Each step of the way Laurens communication was clear and understandable, addressing my own questions and standard legal points plus further points that Lauren determined as relevant to this specific transaction as such it was not treated as a tick list, but what did this client require for this particular transaction, providing options and proposals for now and future consideration. Certainly recommended, I for one will look to use Lauren’s legal services in the future.

We had Lauren Jeffrey help us in the purchase of our house. She was an absolute DREAM to work with. She was on the ball, efficient and extremely quick. My brief experience of working with Warren was not pleasant. He was brusque to the point of rudeness. I'm bringing funds over from overseas to pay for our new home and banks there do not print names on statements. The bank agreed to send a letter confirming the source of funds, which takes a few days, but they weren't interested. Boyce Hatton insisted that the proper documentation should have been presented immediately and we parted ways. We delivered the initial documentation and ID check less than a week ago, so we can't be accused of stalling. Avoid.
