⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Advocate Review

We had the privilege of being represented by Zainab Fatima, who has been supporting a vulnerable person with disabilities through some complex and emotionally challenging cases involving their workplace who have shown clear signs of discrimination and bullying.

From the very beginning, Zainab demonstrated a good understanding and outstanding professionalism in being able to adapt and advocate showing empathy, and a clear understanding of the needs and rights of vulnerable individuals.

What has truly set Zainab apart was the genuine care, compassion, and commitment shown throughout this process. They have taken the time to read, listen, advocate, and ensure that the person at the centre of the case felt comfortable, and at ease, protecting their rights at all times. Their approach has never been rushed or impersonal, quite the opposite as it has been thoughtful, considerate, and sympathetic.

Communication has always been prompt and ensures that they make contact before and after meetings. Zainab has been going above and beyond to advocate efficiently and effectively aiming for the best possible outcome combining their legal expertise with genuine dedication.

We are deeply grateful for Zainab’s exceptional support and would recommend them to anyone in need of a skilled, compassionate advocate, especially in cases involving vulnerable individuals.

An advocacy team who are supposed to be supporting vulnerables, but they do other way and support whites. Having approached to KAG to hand in an eviction notice that I was served with my landlord on Sep 2022, to prevent homelessness, they, deniably, contacted to UC staff urging them to have my rent paid directly to my landlord, without my consent, without me being behind with rent, without them owing the fact up that it was them who arranged the direct payments of the rent to be made to my landlord. This freaked me out and prompted me to withdraw my Unicersal Credit claim which left me with losing monies up to afew thousands pound before I made a new claim asking UC staff to backdate my claim. They didn't. I, then, thought of getting back in touch with, asking John, who doesn't act his age, to rectify the problem he's dishonestly created for me rather than supporting me. I do need my UC to be paid to me so I have the choice to carry out repairs in my flat and deduct the costs from rent as my landlord keeps ignoring my complaints about disrepair. But would prefer to contact to Refugee Action Kingston to put things back right for me before I withdraw my UC claim again. My privacy's never been valued in the UK and that's why I, initially, contacted to KAG regarding the withdrawal of my British Citizenship. I have medical conditions so do need to a peaceful place to mentally unwind myself.
