I used Nicholas for a case with my local council. This had been going on for many years and my appeal had already been rejected.

The case was regarding windows in a conservation area and Nicholas helped us win and overturn an enforcement notice.

We have been refused planning permission by medway council ( wrap around side and rear extension to end of terrace house) even after amending our plan 3 times which followed exact recommendation from council. Despite we have made changes according to council instruction every time council comes up with different excuse and refused the planning application.
