We have recently just completed our mortgage process with Gail from KingsGuard Legal Solicitors. Gail really pushed for our completion to be before christmas which she was successful with. She will update you regularly and chase anything she can. She got our mortgage completion done in 8 weeks from start to finish. She communicated well with 3rd parties being mortgage lender and advisor. Thank you Gail for making our home buying process less stressful. She was amazing and I would definitely recommend using her again!

Would recommend this company to anyone looking for to move home. Especially Gail, who was our solicitor. Absolutely shockingly bad experience with their probate department. The firm was named as executors in a family member's will (no doubt working in partnership with the equally dodgy will writer) and it was a disaster from start to finish - 2.5 years in total! The communication was non-existent; we were having to chase them up regularly and despite several reassurances that a monthly update would be sent, they never kept to their word. Several members of staff were involved as there was always someone on holiday or sick and we were consistently getting told that we'd have to wait for them to return. The unprofessionalism was astounding!
I would not recommend using this firm, especially as executors.
A tragic event was made a thousand times worse by them and to add insult to injury we had to pay for the privilege.
