Only one phone number on the website and it seems only one person on the receiving end, not a switchboard and it automatically goes to voicemail. No response despite talking to a Sarah Davies the first time I called to explain my issue. She had diverted her phone and was not even in the office. She promised me a call back saying she needed to consult a colleague. I’m still waiting for a response from them 6 weeks later and I’ve just left her my 3rd message. Not the service you’d expect given the £400 + a year management fee each and every of the approximately 3,500 households (apartments and houses) on Kings Hill pay per year to this service provider.

A shower of useless, greedy, short sighted clowns. The ‘square’, or supposed centre of Kings Hill is an embarrassment. Empty units (another restaurant has now closed), charity shop and fast food. Absolutely no character at all.
