First time buyer and highly recommend Clare and her team. Clare picked up a defective Lease which had been missed by previous sale(s). Fortunately, the Lease was amended and the sale went ahead. Clare was very responsive on emails and took time to call on more technical issues. The team worked hard and late to ensure deadlines were met. Cannot thank them enough.
