Amazing service.!! I popped in to the office for a quick update, we were shown in to a conference room, offered a hot or cold drink.
We went through some paperwork and the boss came in, he had bought us lunch.!!! Chicken, chips and salad, it was beautiful.
Claim is going good, I have been sent to many different private hospital all at there cost.
It’s been amazing from the beginning, staff always helpful and I don’t need to ring them as they call me with frequent updates.
My advice if you have any claims 100% use Kinetic law..!!!

Absolutely shocking this firm is. I wouldn't recommend these to not a soul. No communication i have to call them all the time for an update where my case worker is either on annual leave or on another call or in a meeting and they will get her to call me back but nothing it is just an all round terrible company to use and I'm sorry to have to put this but I'm fed up at having to keep contacting if I could change firms I would immediately. All I have to say is I would not be using this company again and good luck to the people that do hopefully your experience isn't as bad as mine has been.
