I have just completed the lease transaction for my new Coffee Shop in Farnham and I was recommended Emma at Kidd Rapinet, Luckily I went to see her before I started the journey as she laid out what I needed to do to set up my company and in what order.This was my first commercial transaction and I was a beginner!
Emma was very straight talking and gave me very useful advice all along the way, not only did I feel I was in good hands ,there were some time pressures due to the Christmas period and she was very proactive in closing within the deadline, to enable me to start trading quickly.
