As a co-owner of an SME that has had to adjust fast during the pandemic for our client's needs, we found the services of Keystone Compliance to be just what we needed. Many people are now home-working and this will no doubt be the trend for the future, but it is so important as employers to ensure that we are compliant with home working regulations. Clare was fantastic at setting up zoom meetings with each staff member of ours whilst sat in their own homes to ensure that they were working in an environment conducive to their needs. A full report was sent through for each one and we were able to determine what equipment (if any) was required to ensure they are comfortable in their job. The employees were also grateful that it showed that we care about their welfare and that everything was being done to provide them with the correct tools to do the job. Clare was very professional throughout and we have continued to work with her as our company expands. We highly recommend the services that she provides, especially in the world that we find ourselves working in now.
