We were in a chain involving Kew Law branches in Burnham and then Maldon and South Woodham. Our experience was stressful and poor, arising from what seemed to have been issues at South Woodham. The experience made many in this chain ill as we approached Christmas and the originally suggested deadline from this Branch was pushed back. Customers did much of the chasing and seeking information and there was a real danger that it all could have broken down. Final Completions, a couple of days before Christmas only took place after removals and vans were packing and in transit.

Burnham, in contrast, worked very hard for us as Christmas approached to help make these moves happen for which we are appreciative.
