I went to this firm to get a document witnessed. The client service could have been improved. They told me that they closed at 5 and I let them know that I was headed to the cash point to pay for the service. They didn’t have a card reader or a nearby ATM that accepted all credit/debit cards. I told them that I’d be back and was headed to the cash point, I came back 20 mins before closing and I was told that they had gone. The document was never witnessed or signed. This was a huge disappointment and I was very surprised that this would be the service that would be delivered. It wasn’t reliable and it was a wasted journey.

Absolutely shocking! 1 star is 1 too many, but dosent give you the option for none!!!Do not use this company. They are willing to take cases on and then leave you for months on end, don't ever get back to your emails/phone calls and reception staff are absolutely awful!. They are rude and have no communication skills what so ever!. Will be contacting the legal Aid agency to see if these have claimed for it, which would be illegal if nothing what so ever has been done!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!
