Had a stressful experience with this solicitor due to poor professionalism, communication, and information on a home purchase. Constantly had to chase my solicitor for updates. Response and resolution timescales were non-existent. The situation worsened when I raised concerns; they became defensive and uncooperative. Fortunately, they didn't charge me. Luckily I found a more professional and efficient solicitor elsewhere who made the purchase go smoothly, keeping me informed throughout the process and I'm writing this from my new home.

If I could give Kerr Stirling ten stars I would! The best, most professional and knowledgeable solicitors I have had the pleasure of dealing with in Scotland. Extremely pleasant to communicate with, well respected throughout Stirling, and super-efficient. Andrew in particular must have the patience of a saint putting up with my questions and queries as I learned about the ins and outs of the housing market. One couldn’t be in a safer pair of hands.
