Very unprofessional tried to sort out my insurance claim they do not respond to any emails after countless of emails to Emma Parker I have then called up to speak to her only to be told she’s not available. Spoken to Iqra not professional excuse was they are busy so don’t really care about staff. Asked speak to management they aren’t available requested a call back and she said they might not ring back as they are too busy. So in other words they don’t care for the customer and are too busy so god help me getting this resolved. 0 stars

Avoid this firm at all costs. I've been trying to resolve an insurance claim on behalf of my father-in-law since February 2024, relating to an incident that occurred in March 2023. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they have consistently failed to respond to both emails and phone calls. Their lack of communication is completely unprofessional. If I could choose 0 stars, I would. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

If no stars was an option I would use that. Lack of due care and guidance towards a set court date despite being supplied with all documentations needed they failed to put it forward to the court within the cut off time leading to all evidence being invalid to defend despite this being in their hands well in advance. Causing justice not to be met. If you want to loose any case go with this firm they’re good at failing.

Have been dealing with my insurance claim since April last year, it is now 11 months later and it is still unsettled, due to Keoghs not chasing the other insurance to pay out even though they have admitted liability.
Don't even bother trying to contact them, I've sent multiple emails and spent hours on the phone to not even get through or I'm disconnected. Even my insurance company hastings can't get in contact with them! Absolute sham of a company!

Insurance companies pass claims onto them for one reason only. No one can hold of Keoghs, emailed, called more than 20 times, no one is ever available

I would like to send appraisal for file handler Aneeqa Ahmad. Very polite and has a great attitude for progress on the phone. She is always first to answer Keoghs Credit Hire switchboard and always happy to help for other files too. 5* service always when she answers.

Awful customer experience from this company in Bolton Uk. Non existent communication, emails ignored, dates missed. How this lot are allowed to continue as they do is a mystery as I'm sure the complaints are high. I will be forwarding my concerns to the Law society including my MP! Watch this space Keogh's!

Amazing experience with Keoghs and Harley Sommers in particular as my Solicitor for buying my first home. He was professional, timely and communicated often. The sellers side was a little slow and at times frustrating and it was his continued tenacity that got the process moving quickly and took all the stress of the experience away from me. I would highly recommend Keoghs and especially Harley. I will definitely use his services again should I be buying or selling property in future.
