Honestly couldn’t have done the probate process without Emma’s help. If like me you have come across a time where you find yourself having do a probate application like many of us will at some point in our lives, you will see how daunting it all seems, with so many forms to fill out. Lots of people think a solicitor is the only way forward. After seeing the fees a solicitor would charge I decided I was going to attempt it alone, then by chance came across Kent legacy planning and I am so happy I did! Really knowledgeable person who did an amazing job for me. She took her time to listen to how my conditions affect me and completed the forms thoroughly.
