Very reliable. Jacob is very responsive to email and very punctual. The costs for the alarm system we installed were very competitive and the kit works very well. We had a modem failure (nil to do with the Kent Coast system) which required a visit to fix the remote app link to the alarm but again this was undertaken promptly and at very reasonable cost. A great service at good prices delivered by nice people!

I first contacted Kent Coast Fire & Security for a problem with our intercom system, Jacob who attended, was fast, knowledgeable and managed to resolve the issue within an hour of attending. Very good experience from start to finish. The Kent Coast Fire & Security team now have the service contract for the Fire alarm system and the electric gate system at our block. 10/10 would highly recommend them!

We needed additional access points for our WiFi to reach further out areas of our residential home, thus needing the wiring to connect them to. As KCF&S are our fire system maintenance guys, I thought I'd ring them to enquire about this wiring job. I spoke to Matt who arranged to come out to us just 2 working days later. As always, they carried out the work efficiently, quickly and to a very high standard. Cannot recommend Kent Coast Fire & Security enough, 5 star service very single time!

Kent Coast Fire & Security were able to sort my burglar alarm out in the middle of the night after it was sounding continuously.

We've since then upgraded the system on their recommendations, and we're so glad we made the choice to do so. Won't be going anywhere else from now on.
