A really unprofessional, unhelpful and unpleasant experience. Kash was quick to take my money but after that the lack of communication and service was terrible. Everytime I tried to call k Tutter his secretary said that he would call me back but he never did. I was a first time buyer so was nervous about the process and had some questions, eventually when he did get to me he replied ‘if you want to buy the property buy it if not then don’t, I am only here to sign the paperwork'. I ended up not buying the property and Instead chose another property and went to Matrix solicitors who were brilliant. Please do not use Kash Tutter and co. His name may be well known in Derby but the service is shockingly awful

Purchasing a property - absolute waste of time. Once money was taken did not hear from Kash Tutter - multiple phone calls no replies. Finally when he rang back he was rude and arrogant. When I asked about terminating he got rude and aggressive. Went over to Matrix Solicitors and completed house purchase in a month and half. Horrible experience, as if going to a lawyer isn't already stressful then you have to deal with 'Kash Tutter'. Would not recommend to anyone.

if you want a lease transfer or property transfer in two years so go to kash tutter he is the only one solicter who never care about customers because he knows that property buyers and sellers and lease transfer customers comes just once in a life so if you will go through kash tutter so you stuck there . he dosent answer the phone not replaying the email so he will just get money first then you will never see him so please be carefull dont use this firm for land or lease transfer othereise you will swear on yourself . and kash tutter i am telling you please dont play with customers just do your work quickly as you can thanks
