“While Kelsi Solicitors has many 4 and 5 star reviews, I can only assume these are from clients who have paid for their services. As a professional working for the local authority, my experience with this firm has been far from satisfactory. I would rate them 1 star, as their communication is severely lacking—not just with clients, but also with other professionals involved in the case. This issue is particularly noticeable in legal aid cases, where updates and contact are rare.

I’ve attended court several times to support young people, only to find Kelsi Solicitors had failed to book interpreters for clients whose first language is not English—something that should be a basic requirement. This lack of attention to such fundamental details is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Kelsi Solicitors unless you’re able to pay a premium for better service
