I have had the worst experience ever and would not recommend. They are not professional at all. We had the solicitor change a few times and each time they would ask for the same information over and over again. They started with correct address which somehow changed and took me 4 calls and 2 emails to correct this. They also tried to stop us claiming for loss of earnings saying we had left it too late and in reality they delayed the case with change of solicitors. They did not contact to update I would have to call for this.
We had to send the same emails and Information to them 2 to 3 times. It was stressful and a hassle to go through them. Make sure you read the documents before signing as they talk you in to signing them and you trust them and sign without reading. There are firms out there who charge less than 25% from your compensation and assess cases on an individual basis however these guys charge maximum of 25% and will tell you all firms charge this.
I would advise to do your research before you sign up with anyone. When I asked for contract copy they sent it 3 times but the link does not open I just give up on them and learnt my lesson the hard way.
