Steve Scott was selected by my ex husbands attorney to be the only arbitrator for all parenting plan disputes. Steve Scott hates women, sides with anyone represented by Helsell Fetterman because Scott does 30+ cases a month sent from their firm, and continues to create excessive fees due to also needing clarifications of his orders due to the wording and lack of any basis or laws to justify his rulings. If you are looking for laws, facts, and non bias…. Run away from JDR. Yelp also has a review on Steve Scott. I would trust actual paying clients over a lawyer trying to get into the nepotism circle at JDR.

I am an attorney who has had 3 mediations and 1 arbitration before the JDR judges. They are thoughtful and do a fabulous job. Anyone giving them a lower rating than 5 stars was likely rating on the outcome, not the process and the judges.
