Myself and my partner Sarah contacted Judicare and spoke to Neil Heaney who listened to our concerns about a supposed debt outstanding with a Cypriot Bank. He was courteous and understanding about the issue at hand and guided us through the process of disputing the claim and getting to the resolution that was required by all parties. Throughout the process Neil kept us informed of the next steps that were being taken and held our hand so to speak so as to make us feel at ease and understand each step we were taking together.i would highly recommend Judicare to anyone for both disputes and normal legal advice and services that may be required they are professional and diligent at all times.

Following an issue with the repossession of a property in Cyprus, I reached out to Judicare. Neal, their Managing Director, spoke to me directly and, without any obligation, shared a wealth of knowledge that gave me the confidence to proceed on my own at no cost. He was patient and extremely helpful. Should I reach a point where I'm not comfortable pursuing this alone, I will not hesitate to return to them and pay for their services.

The was my first call to Judicare and even after that I would recommend this company 100% to anyone having issues with property abroad. Spoke to Neil who couldn't have been more helpful and gave me a wealth of knowledge in regards to my issue. During one of the most stressful and frustrating times of my life, I approached Judicare with quite a desperate plea for help. I got an immediate response from one of the partners who sounded sympathetic and made all the right noises. I actually felt like this company could be the answer to my problems. It was the summer, and he explained that they were on skeleton staff until the beginning of September, when everyone would be back, so he would get back to me properly then to discuss my case.
So a month went by and September came...and went. I contacted him to ask if he'd had chance to discuss my case with his colleagues. No reply. I then emailed again, asking him to confirm whether or not he intended to take my case, because if not, I'd have to find another solicitor. No reply.
I run a small business myself and would never dream of being this unprofessional. To ghost a potential client?! For a company with the word 'care' in their name, they've shown to do quite the opposite in my case. They've now cost me another two months which the partner was fully aware I could not afford to waste. Had 'no stars' been an option, that's what I would have given. Thanks for nothing, Judicare.

We phoned Judicare 6 weeks ago about a matter in Portugal. They put us through to their Portuguese office but the phone rang with no reply. Judicare said they would ring us back. We followed up several days later and Judicare confirmed our call was logged into their system. We also left a WhatsApp number as well as an email address. To date no one has called us back - not Judicare or the Portuguese office. We obviously took our business elsewhere to a much more helpful entity. It is very unprofessional to be completely ignored without even a courtesy call to say they couldn’t take the case.

EDIT: We received a call today from Judicare to apologise for getting our call lost in their system.
