I would give zero but do not use for any commercial land transactions. They have a junior solicitor working without proper supervision. This is causing delays to what should have been an easy land sale. Instead we have been in legals for seven months! Still working on amendments to a contract. They know how to kill a deal dead. If you want to do business find another firm. They are slow, incompetent, have lost important paperwork, and have not responded in a timely way to queries.
