We had such an amazing experience with Judge Law Solicitors. The team where phenomenal. I have purchased a property once before and have had a difficult time with the conveyancing process as have most people i know, but not with these guys.

They make everything so straightforward from the outset, they keep in regular communication with you at each step, and they are always extremely quick to respond to queries, sometimes in a matter of minutes. They are always so friendly and courteous in every interaction too. Honestly the team are amazing and they are extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and so good at what they do. They made the process of buying our family home so seamless, we completed in less than a couple of weeks from instructing them and some of the tasks such as searches etc were done in the first two weeks of us working with them. We were blown away by how quick and efficient they worked!

We used Rosie and Paul for the conveyancing and transfer of ownership/ equity held in a property owned by my son that he had sold to his dad….this was on the back of a personal recommendation from a friend. The firm did not disappoint! The rates were highly competitive, Rosie was efficient and ready to go well before - like 4 weeks before- other solicitors in the short chain. She was no nonsense and easy to do business with…. The biggest plus for us was that she provided us with her direct line, she not only answered emails promptly but when one phoned her she actually picked up the phone promptly and spoke in straightforwards language !cannot rate her highly enough and I have told all my friends to use her in future. NEVER had to go to the office as it was all done on line! Just brilliant!

Experience was average with many communication mistakes and corrections from our end, until they decided to add extra fees the final bill which were not communicated directly. Instead they are expected to be seen in long page documents whilst they should be communicated in a clear manner. They are also fees that seem likely to be added to any transaction involving lenders, so perhaps thats why their initial quote was the lowest, only rising to pretty much one of the highest.
