My property has been let through Jubb & Co for around 9 years and in that time I've never experienced anything other than professionalism and honesty from their perspective.

During this time my property has suffered damage at the hands of a tenant, however they went above and beyond to ensure that repairs where carried out in a timely manner over the festive period so we could resume rental in the new year.

I would have no issues in recommending Jubb & Co if you're looking to rent out your property.

Jubb and Co manage one property for me. Business/paperwork side of things is managed efficiently. They have contact me promptly when any concerns have arose with the property and carryout any work needed quickly and to a much higher standard than if I was to arrange contractors myself. They keep me informed of any changes to the law that will affect me and the well being of my tenants.

perfectly happy to let us a property which turned out to be riddled with damp and mould, did absolutely nothing to help get the situation rectified. Blamed lack of action entirely on the landlord, not professional at all. All suggestions of economic ways to address issues were ignored. Inspected property whilst we lived there, agreed damp and mould issues were bad and were a health hazard and still nothing was done. Company was told repeatedly about pipe which was leaking raw sewage as part of the larger problem with the collapsed drain under the yard and again, we were ignored. This went on until the pipe burst and spewed raw sewage across the yard and our back door. No out of hours emergency contacts given so there was no way for us to contact their approved plumber to deal with it. Only dealt with this when informed that if they didn't we would call a plumber and either bill them or take it out of the rent.
Attempted to illegally withhold deposit when told we were leaving their falling down, health hazard of a property. Needless to say, they did not succeed. So glad to see the back of this useless bunch!

Very poor service.
Booked an appointment to view a property. Was told a few had viewed but no one had applied. Lady told me she would contact me if the house was no longer available. No more info given. Rang on morning of appointment as no one turned up to show round to be told that I should have confirmed at 9 am (lady never told me to do so) and to also be told that the house was no longer available anyway. After taking time out of work to view this property at a time that was ‘better for them’ not myself, disappointed.
