I don’t often find myself write to offer thanks but I really felt in this case it was well deserved.

I found myself in the awkward position of being made redundant with a settlement agreement.

I called the Penistone branch of these solicitors following a radio advert. After the phone was eventually answered I was told I would receive a call back from the conveyancing department. This was one week ago and still no call. So pleased I didn't use them if they are so unprofessional
