Excellent service! Drain had been blocked for years. John’s knowledge and equipment solved the problem very quickly. Now we know how the drains operates so it won’t happen again! Also very reasonable pricing and friendly.

I contacted Johnny's drains to come check our drains due to very poor flow, Jay turned up on time and was very polite and got straight to work. Jay kept me informed on what was going on throughout the job and even showed me the fault. I can definitely highly recommend Jonny. Having called this morning, he arrived promptly this afternoon to assess if my drains were blocked, which thankfully they weren't. He was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and advised what was causing the issue. Excellent prompt service.

I had a new house built and was experiencing problems with the sewer pump; but the original builder had gone out of business. I was unsure how to proceed. A year ago one company told me that I needed a bigger pump installation and quoted me £15,000. This year I discovered Jonny's Drains and they identified a few minor problems which they quickly sorted out for me; plus safe electrics (which I had no idea about.). Now I am booked in for regular annual inspections and everything is sorted. Quick to respond, easy to deal with and I feel as if I am in safe hands.

I spoke with Jonny on Friday about a blockage. Whilst he told me he couldn’t attend immediately he did give me some superb advice due to it being a shared drain that I wasn’t aware of. He’s a really friendly and helpful chap who I shall definitely use and recommend in future if I need to. Thanks Jonny.

Cannot recommend Jonny highly enough. We recently employed him to carry out a smoke test and assist with the diagnosis of a drainage smell issue following a basement excavation and installation of sump pumps. We had previously employed 2 other survey companies both of whom were unable to find the source of the smell. Jonny investigated and within 30mins had found the source (rat damage), and proposed a reasonably priced plan of action. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
