Alex at Jones & Tomlin in Horsham was an absolute star. He listened to everything we wanted in a new bed, and the previous issues we’d had with mattresses. He identified the issues and was so knowledgeable about the products, causes of problems and what could be done about them. Even Alex’s knowledge of the manufacturing process was impressive! The ordering process and even receiving fabric samples was simple. Thanks very much for helping us come to our decision of which bed to purchase - we will definitely be recommending you! The staff we encountered were all lovely and very friendly. Scarlet who served us was informative and most helpful. We might not want the bed immediately but ordered to capture the sale price. Scarlet assured us that they could store our bed until we were ready for delivery which put us at ease and secured the sale.

We walked into the store and were greeted by a friendly Alex. We honestly had suffered with a horrendously hard cheap mattress for years and we weren't sure what to look for.

Alex spent a good 45-50 mins with us showing us how mattresses are made, and the different price points and techniques. It genuinely felt as though he wasn't bothered about our price range, and instead focussed on getting us the best for our budget and our needs.

We kept to budget and got to try multiple different suggestions and firmnesses for the mattress before being taken back to the one we originally liked...there were much better options after the demonstration and explanation...So we placed an order on the spot. We haven't received it yet but went home and tried the current mattress... It's awful compared to what we'd just bought. So, thanks Alex!

We have recently purchased our whole bed from Horsham bedding centre (mattress, headboard and divan ottoman). What a truly wonderful store & experience. The staff are so friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and informative. We have learnt so much about mattresses, which helped us decide which to go for. Things were explained/recommended honestly and professionally, and we can’t wait to have our bed delivered. Would like to say a massive thanks to Tim who has helped us from the very beginning. Excellent customer service and product range. Alex instore was so helpful and knowledgeable - don't buy a bed without first talking to him! Daz and Jake delivered my new bed and did a great job, persevering with access issues and got my old mattresses stored in plastic up into the loft. Would highly recommend.

I had been looking for a mattress and our local selection wasn't that great. Found Horsham Bedding Centre in a Google search. Excellent prices, advice and service - remotely with Alex from the other end of the country. Finally bought an Enchanted House Tiverton. Delivery went smoothly, good comms along the way. Alex couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. I'll certainly buy again. The mattress is very comfortable, highly recommend
