We have completed conveyancing twice with Jones & Co (once as a first time buyer, and then again with a simultaneous sale/purchase) and have used their will service.
Nothing but professionalism throughout from the teams involved, and we have always been very pleased with their service.

I have called and emailed but they do not reply. The receptionist said i would receive a call back but i never did. The email address may as well be a ghost account as there was no reply from that either. Give your money to another firm that actually responds.

Really struggled with them. Went for a local solicitors so I could go in if needed. Used them for conveyancing on a property which I will admit wasn't as simple as it should have been fair few complications, however as part of these complications I asked questions to understand about them and routes forward, felt like I was talking to a brick wall, very little to any response on any of the questions, just telling me what they wanted to push things forward and ultimately contributed to my decisions to leave the purchase.

I would very highly recommend Jones and Co having used them for the sale of my fathers property after he passed away. Vanda and Nicola were extremely professional, very personable and dealt with all aspects of the conveyancing in a thorough and timely manner. Brilliant company - read the whole review for the whole story!
I have used Jones and Co now to buy 2 houses and to sell one yesterday. (The sale was very tight as the buyer was "buying to let" and needed to complete before 31 March.)
I have always found them efficient, competent and quick to assess the best way forward. They also have good senses of humour. I am currently using them to sort out a power of attorney issue and no doubt will use them for other business.
I would recommend them highly.

After careful consideration on this matter, I can conclude that in my opinion I’m very disappointed in the service provided by two of the three Solicitors I’ve used over the Last 18 months.
The Promises made and broken and the general lack of interest and attention to detail given, particularly by one of the Solicitors was very disappointing.

So based on this I would definitely not recommend this Practice…

Have had excellent service from this company. I have been looked after so well by Will Jones and Angela from Retford they have been so supportive Will is a true gentleman and very kind and understanding would highly reccomed him. I also had dealings with the Ollerton branch for conveyancing Joanne very good and must mention Charles Dyas who sorted out various things for us and thanks to him for pointing me to Will Jones.
I wouldnt use anywhere else and highly reccommend them
