Thanks to Rachel Shone who worked on our case to evict a nuisance tenant. Wasn’t a straight forward case, but it was well managed by Rachel and we now have possession of our property again.

Avoid unless you are desperate or insane. Unquestionably the worst service I have ever received from any service. A catalogue of the worst service and activity to generate income for their benefit I have ever had to endure.

I asked Ryan Marr to produce some Terms and Conditions for my business, as I've begun to work with larger clients and wanted the security and reassurance this provides.

Ryan was amazing to work with. Really friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly as I'm definitely not used to legal terms and jargon!

He also produced the document in a way which was easy for me to use going forwards.

Highly recommend working with Ryan.

I cannot rave about this conveyancing solicitor enough and believe me I have never raved about a conveyancing solicitor before

Jason and Lucy were fantastic and got a sale of our house through quickly even though some layers of complexity to the sale. They were responsive and we could even get hold of them on phone which we’ve found is impossible with other conveyancing solicitors in the past.

It was a very personalised and friendly service. Reminded me what it was like in the days where customer service was people led and had the human touch

Will never use another solicitor especially while people like Jason and Lucy are working there.

UPDATE BELOW - I'm not able to give a 0 star but feel people need to be aware of the horrendous experience I had on the receiving end of these solicitors earlier in the year. I've tried to make them aware of the unprofessional behaviour I was a victim of but they are just not interested. It's a shame they can't value customer service all round. I'm surprised as I have evidence an employee was providing unprofessional and unethical service. I will be taking it up with the Property Ombudsman but I am also posting here so people can be aware before contracting with them, here is my experience. I wouldn't want someone else going through what I did. Repeated and unnecessary false accusations made by conveyancer at this firm. Unprofessional and unnecessary. I would have valued an honest response more. They made it very difficult to deal with all round. The trouble started at around 2.5 months in. They claimed "everything was ready their end" i.e. Ready to complete, but refused to provide dates, claimed we were delaying the sale with no evidence of any delay. All responses were returned within a week of contact. Wouldn't return calls from my solicitor or estate agent. They also tried to claim the delay was the management company (leasehold flat). Only problem there is, I was running the management company at that point and I knew what had been sent to them so, not true. Claimed blank documents sent. I sent the docs to the solicitor so I know they weren't blank. They had been forwarded on. The same docs was sent back to me and it wasn't blank. All this started and their client hadn't even had her survey back from 3 months prior, which doesn't suggest to me they were "ready their end". I understand conveyancers don't have to rely on surveys coming back or being done at all but surely the conveyancer advised the client 3 months is excessive and knew the client wanted to wait for the survey. The conveyancer also failed to adequately inform the buyer that buying a leasehold flat doesn't give you the rights to do things to the freehold. You aren't buying the whole building. I have evidence from the estate agent and solicitors of these false accusations often sent over email a week or 2 after requests to be informed of what was going on. I will never use or deal with this company again. I won't even sell to someone using them, as they seem to deem this behaviour acceptable and selling or buying houses is stressful enough without this sort of behaviour from someone who you would hope is just trying to move things forward for their client and there firm.

UPDATE - My complaint is nothing to do with your client or the transaction but to do with the conduct of your staff. Therefore confidentiality restrictions would not apply. In past reviews you have informed people who were not your client to contact you directly and I was also advised by an expert to contact you directly. Which I have done without much success. Why does my solicitor need to be involved in a complaint regarding the conduct of your staff? The independent expert also instructed me to leave a Google review and if not resolved directly to approach the ombudsman. The response below for me, demonstrates how this company creates blockers and shows no responsibility for listening to feedback, let alone addressing issues with their staff when being placed in a position of trust.
