Had a few problems with my ford kuga which were completed under warranty and ford re-call. The service team did all they could to get the car into workshop in a timely manner but were having problems getting the part because it was on back order from Ford Once parts received they quickly got car into and repaired I feel that I received an excellent service

I have been using Johnsons Ford for years now, and they are always very helpful and polite and professional. I have my car on a service plan with them, and they service and mot it every year. They do the appointments while you wait, and I've never had any issues with the work they do.

Sold me a car that was then recalled as a fire hazard with no fix for months. Was told not to plug in my plug in hybrid!!! Cost me a lot of money but was offered peanuts. Was told to contact Ford Customer service and they did not reply for weeks. Shocking customer service
