the guys are really friendly on the desk. Took my car in for a diagnostic for engine misfire - it was a shame to see Ford were unable to find the fault. From my own learning and teaching myself how to use a code reader, I found imbalanced fuel trims linking to the Lambda sensor - something which Ford could have spotted? I appreciate Ford at least halfing the price for me, though.

Had a HUGE amount of work done on my truck, and after being completely let down by 'Wolverhampton Ford Evans Halshaw' - I am glad I went to 'Johnsons Ford Sutton Coldfield'. They carried out exactly what I asked for, and the precision and attention to detail in my health inspection video, highlighting incorrect 'nuts' - gave me the confidence that they had gone over my truck with a 'fine tooth comb'. Thanks 'Evans Halshaw' for letting me down because otherwise I wouldn't have found 'Johnsons'. Great team!

Bit disappointed car wasn’t cleaned as part of service and MOT, we picked it up at the end of the day and was told to come back if we want it cleaned. Disappointed by customer service skills. Never called to say car was ready, staff was a bit rude to say husband “didn’t bother to watch” video of service when he did. Was more interested in watching snooker on the job. Expected more from an official dealership.

First class operation.On arrival staff already guessed make and model of my vehicle.Fault diagnosed in seconds and rough estimate given for repair.Went back a week later to book it in and was told it could be done now and to return in one hour.When i returned car was outside within minutes and fault corrected ,all for a very fair price.Highly commended.
