We contacted Maxine in 2020 for support to get a refund back from our Wedding Venue that was unable to provide a wedding service due to Covid. They were ignoring our requests for a refund. Maxine was confident to liaise with the company reasonably and was honest of the potential outcomes of each step she took. We were well informed along the way. As we were 3/4 years into our case with no response from the company we were getting really worried. Maxine was determined to win our case and encouraged us to take the case to court. Although, we felt hesitant, Maxine reassured us of the chances of us winning the case. 4 years later, after the amazing work from Maxine, we finally received our refund! Maxine took the time out of her personal time to share the good news with us as she knew how important this case was for us. We also had the money transferred into our accounts within 24 hours, very fast, efficient and respectful from Maxine. We are extremely pleased and grateful for Maxine’s support and professionalism throughout the case. Her work ethic speaks for itself and we wish Maxine and the team utmost success for the future!
