I don’t really understand a law firm who works this way and after seeing there reviews I’m not surprised. Let me explain, first time ever I have had a law firm email me regarding my circumstances of a diesel vehicle claim a message going out to everyone that sounds like such a scam. I be in Manchester anyways I will pop down to discuss further if I get a direct email response. Not towards thousands or millions of your clients I look forward to seeing if you can resolve my diesel vehicle claim.

The same as the other reviews.
I got an initial polite email saying they would keep me updated. I got no updates for a year, so I emailed. They said they would update me. They didn't. I left it for a further year and emailed again. They said they could no longer represent me.

Currently have a claim for Diesel emissions going through them which has been going on for alnost 2 years now...

Not the best to get hold of with little to no correspondence from them!

My advice.. go through another company

Made a claim for two diesel cars months ago, maybe April. Don't hear anything from them, and when I try to log in they do not send a one time code to either verify by number or email.
I have also emailed them regarding this and have been ignored!
It's an absolute joke, from reading seems like a scam.

Got invited to claim diesel emissions fiasco. Tried contacting this company, phone no is potential money drain as is automated and just keeps you hanging until it says that the no can't hold any memory and cuts you off .
Tried 5 times same scam,so don't bother ringing. Eventually after threatening them with court action decided to invoke 14 day cooling off period and cancelled.
I had a diesel on lease for 3 yrs and wanted to know what the concerns were.
These shieisters have made me think not to get involved with so called no win no fee solicitors.

Ever ask yourself why a fake law firm needs to have 10000s of facebook pages to spam its rup off idea in getting drivers £10k for buying a car?

BECAUSE ITS A SCAM!

They have thousand's of pages! The spam is a joke! Just like this business
