Not the case, Even though I did not attend the meetings that they continuously sent out for me, John Mohamed & co was professional, organised and utmost experts in the case. Couple of years ago I reviewed Mr Mohamed for work done. First class.
Last year during lockdown, I had te redo my will, Again although only a small item to deal with, I was able to go through what I wanted and how I wanted it. My concerns were addressed. Was it harder? YES it was a little, but only because of restrictions outside of the Companies control.
All in all another 5 stars.

Parking here is atrocious. Honestly. The SatNav just gives up and if you aren't familiar with the area, then good luck to you.

Here's the advice I was given:
- go to the roundabout and take the third exit toward the town centre.
- turn right at the old estate agents.
- drive to some flats that look like house, but aren't. If you drive past them. You've gone too far.
- drive under the archway of the flats and you'll get to a car park.
- don't park in that car park.
- look left and where the car park stops between two garages. Thats out little car park on a gravel verge.
- park there carefully.

Poor communication, needed help with a sale, after chasing and being ignored for multiple weeks I have given up. Even asked that I could be contacted either way and still no reply. I would suggest that if you do not have the capacity to take on more work, just let people know that and don't leave them waiting for long periods of time. I'm sure most are grown up enough to look elsewhere if needed.
