I am such a big believer in good service being passed forward. My experience with this company has been nothing but excellent. When buying my first house, everyone warned me about “solicitor delays”. My solicitor, Jackie, was anything but a delay. She was extremely professional, thorough and efficient. At no stage was I unsure of anything and if I ever called, she was calling me back within a few hours. I found the price quoted to what I paid to be fair and well priced within the market. I honestly couldn’t thank her enough, she has been amazing through my house buying process and even when there were issues she was hellbent on making it work. Thank you so much to everyone in the team and I’ve really enjoyed my first few days in my new house knowing you’ve made it a lot easier and I will be passing on her details to anyone who is ready to buy a property.

As we were renting in Bristol during the process, we assumed that the distance could potentially cause delays but we were keen to utilise John M Lewis as we had such a good experience with them when we bought our first home. The service offered by Jacqueline and the team soon put our concerns aside as a lot of the process could be completed via their secure portals online and they were always contactable via phone if required. We ended up in a tricky chain but thanks to the efforts of Jacqueline everything eventually ended successfully.
