John initially presented himself as an engaged and proactive planner. However, this did not last long. Shortly after the application was submitted and payment made, John disengaged and failed to communicate any further steps or work needed to move the application forward. The misinformation and misguidance provided by John resulted in a 5-month wait for an outcome. This review is not about the outcome itself, but rather about the subpar work delivered by John, which clearly demonstrated his neglect of responsibilities as a professional planner. His lack of communication with the applicant was disappointing. I could have done a more thorough and efficient job on my own. I would not recommend wasting your time or money on his services.
