Always super efficient, reasonable fees and certainly our most recent business with tricky legal questions handled with positive solution outcomes. It is very satisfying to know that the firm representing your family really know what they are doing. This time Andrew Piper and James Clarke (along with John Stones and Julie Rowe) were outstanding. I needed help filling out some paperwork but my solicitor avoided meeting me despite several requests, he then eventually cited COVID as a reason to not meet.

Later I emailed the document thinking everything was fine. On the day of the court hearing my solicitor does not attend, the Judge informs me the solicitor had emailed him to say I was not cooperating with him! It turned out the solicitor did not check his spam emails and did not bother to contact me.

In the end this had a big impact on my life. This really says a lot about this practices professionalism and how much they care about its clients.

Julie Rowe from John Barkers has worked with us over the sale and purchase of properties. She is very approachable and helps make sense of the legal stuff at what could be a difficult time. Complete waste of time. Emailed over everything i was asked for , chased it up a month later to be told nothing had been done, and it's probably best to come in instead.

Was not asked to come in a month prior, and my follow-up emails were ignored, but the girl on the phone confirmed that the initial email had been received .

Despite having having my instruction and having the relevant gateway paperwork for legal aid this firm refuses to engage. I do not believe have no respect for trauma, persecution or the effects on human life due to toxicity

We had a great experience with this solicitor. Julie was extremely helpful and dedicated through the whole process. We had many complications however Julie helped us through each and everyone and we are finally moved into our new property. Thanks Julie!
