We unfortunately lost both my father and my mother in less than two months and, being I live in Cheshire, this meant things had to be done either at one meeting or via email/telephone. Jo and her team were very understanding. We had a long friendly conversation with her on both occasions about what was needed and the options. No sales pressure was applied. The funerals, when they came, were handled with great dignity and no problems. Basically, Jo and her team were the epitome of everything I hoped an undertaker would be and, indeed, exceeded expectations.

My brother and I and family wish to thank Jo and team, especially Ben who really is their shining star for the kindness shown to us after losing our beloved Mum so suddenly. From the beginning to the end all of the arrangements and details were handled with great professionalism. When visiting Mum in the chapel of rest clearly great care had been taken to look after her with every request dealt with perfectly. A special thankyou to Jo for her warmhearted reading of the tribute at the service.They really do go above and beyond. We won’t forget your kindness, heartfelt thanks and love from us all.

Excellent compassionate and very respectful, helpful and considerate and thoughtful. During a difficult time after my father's passing.. no pressure no upsetting very considerate to our wishes and budget... every member of staff met us and introduced themselves and made us aware that they were available to chat and discuss anything sometimes not even to do with the the funeral so so helpful.
