Drink Driving Offence

I rang John after searching on google as I didn’t have a clue. I was a distraught mother who thought her son would go to prison. This was his first offence and we’d never been in this situation before. I rang John and he didn’t judge me. He spoke to my son and was fully supportive and reassuring. He always made time to discuss my son’s circumstance. As my son is self employed, loosing his licence for a lengthy time could have made the business collapse. We got the best outcome possible due to having John’s guidance. He ran the case from start to finish and even travelled to Preston. He gave my son and myself advice on what to expect in court. After, John still gave advice on how to apply to get his license back on time.
I would definitely recommend John as a solicitor. He deserves five stars and more if it was possible. If I needed a solicitor in the future, John would be the one.

My experience with john from JHR Solicitors.

He was notified of my driving offence a week prior to the court hearing, and acted very professionally to get all the information from me that he needed, this information allowed me to keep my licence and win the case.
When initially talking to john, he has a very positive attitude and is very straight to the point, which is why I wanted him to represent me in court.
I had spoken to other solicitor prior to john, and all they were interested in is the cost.
They quoted near double the amount john had quoted, and most didn’t even get back to me.
Overall my experience with JHR Solicitors was very exceptional and would recommend to anyone who needs a good professional service.

My court case was today 17/09/21, John Ruane was exceptional and professional from start to finish.

I had 9 points on my license for speeding then November 2020 I was caught for a mobile phone offence working away in Gloucester.

As I knew I was going to be prosecuted for a rotting offence due to my work and family life commitments it gave me no option but to find a solicitor who would try and get exceptional hardship.

I tried a few different solicitors in the early months however when once I had spoken to John on the phone it was my gut instinct that John was the only man for this job.

We both knew from the start that there was no guarantee on me keeping my license due to my personal circumstances so we labelled it as a 50/50 chance.

John’s took all of the stress and frustration out of this situation for me by breaking the argument down into the finest of details ensuring everything was covered.

The courts messed my hearing date up I’m guessing due to Covid, John was immediately onto the courts in sharp and professional manner he dealt with things from his end which again for someone who has never been through this experience before took a lot of the stress and anxiety away.

After a long 6/8 months today I got the decision and closure I needed, and can honestly say I don’t think that I could have chosen anyone else for this case other than John Ruane.
